Title: Chip Beef Casserole

Yield: 3 Servings

1pkMacaroni, 8 oz., cook in
  Unsalted water
3tbButter
1/4lbChipped beef
1/4cChopped green pepper
3tbFlour
1 1/2cMilk
3/4cGrated American cheese
  Pepper to taste

Cook and drain macaroni. In a skillet put butter, beef and green peppers, stir in flour a little at a time. Mix until smooth; then add milk. Cook until thick, add cheese and melt. Pour sauce over macaroni. Mix. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Randy Rigg
